Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely approvals for selections and revisions.
• Maintain agreed payment schedule.
• Communicate scope changes promptly.
• Ensure site access during scheduled phases.

Client Policies & Expectations

Design Revision Policy

Each project includes two (2) revision rounds per design phase. Additional revisions
may incur additional fees.
Revision requests must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of
presentation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Custom and
special-order items are non-refundable once ordered.
Unused funds may be credited toward future services at the discretion of The Curated
Collection.

Late Payment Policy

A three (3) day grace period is provided. Payments received after the grace period will
incur a 5% late fee.
Balances unpaid after thirty (30) days may accrue a 1.5% monthly service charge.
Work may pause if payment is more than seven (7) days overdue.
